Jerry Lynn Daniels
Administrator — Certified Alzheimer's Disease & Dementia Care Trainer (CADDCT)
Jerry Lynn has spent 28 years in senior living. She left the corporate side of it because the part she loved was the residents, and every promotion moved her further from them — so she took a job where she'd know all fifteen by name.She is CADDCT-certified through the National Council of Certified Dementia Practitioners and holds a master's in Adult Education — and she trains our care staff herself, teaching them to meet dementia symptoms with patience rather than correction.She lives on campus by choice.
That means she's here when a resident needs her at 2 a.m., not on call from across town.

Lanlin Zhou — Owner
Lanlin began her career as a nurse and is now a Certified Anesthesiologist Assistant.As a nurse she worked in a nursing home. She found real beauty in caring for the elderly — and found there were too few caregivers for too many people. Nobody could truly know the residents. They were a name in a numbered room.Tranquil Oaks is her answer. She and her partners took over an existing home, renovated it before it reopened, and hired a live-in administrator, so someone is always here.

At our home, "family taking care of family" is our daily reality. Our beloved Crescence works side-by-side with her 3 family members to bring an unmatched level of trust, warmth, and stability to our residents. A Gifted Caregiver & Cook: Crescence is a natural caregiver whose gentle, attentive touch brings immense comfort to our residents. Our residents absolutely love her cooking—and our entire care team is obsessed with her famous, comforting homemade soups! A Devoted, Dependable Legacy: Crescence’s family works as a beautifully coordinated team. One of her daughters and her granddaughter are currently attending nursing school together, while her other daughter also serves on our care team. The entire family has worked closely with our administrator for a long time. Exceptionally diligent and deeply committed, they are always there for each other and our residents—proving to be a completely reliable team you can always count on.To this incredible family, caregiving isn't just a job—it’s a sacred calling spanning across generations.
Partners in Care: Danielle and Drew Pointer
Danielle came to this profession through her husband, Drew, who is also a caregiver here. Both bring years of experience to our home and have worked closely with administrators for a long time, bringing a wonderful sense of stability and trust to our team. A Gentle, Instinctive Approach: When a resident is having a moment or feels lonely, Danielle instinctively looks for their needs first. She will put on soft music, sit down to give them a warm back rub, or take them outside to sit under the oak trees and listen to nature's bird sounds—staying as long as it takes. That is not a technique she was taught; it is simply how she would want someone treating her own grandfather and grandmother.
